Julie Lendon Stone - Vocalist / Entertainer / Recording Artist
“Julie Lendon Stone, (born Julie Lee McLendon) has all the qualities one hopes for in a fine artist: a beautiful voice, warmth, intelligence, and a natural ability to entertain even 'difficult' audiences. Her performances are always memorable. She has established herself as a preeminent singer/recording artist /entertainer who is beloved by her many fans. She has brought joy to audiences throughout the United States and South America.
During the last eight years she has delivered over 2,000 performances in senior living communities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, country clubs, churches and other organizations (private and public) in Florida.
She and her producer-husband, Michael Stone, have recorded beautiful, timeless songs and videos that sell worldwide on the internet. Sales have helped fund their continued mission of bringing top drawer entertainment to senior communities.
Growing up in California, Julie started her classical voice training at a very early age. When she was 16 she won first place in a talent contest sponsored by the Bank of America; a 2-year scholarship to a renowned conservatory of music. However, before she was able to attend, she fell in love, married, and moved to Venezuela where she raised her seven children. She toured South America as Anna in "The King and I" and "Promises Promises." She recorded her first album in studios in Venezuela and the United States, and wowed audiences in Florida, Nevada, and Hawaii.
Julie met her second husband, music producer Michael Stone, and together they have produced 13 albums including 3 videos, while keeping up with a demanding touring schedule to a wide variety of Florida’s senior communities. Julie and Michael have traveled over 200,000 miles in eight years (and counting), allowing Julie to perform for wonderfully appreciative audiences who love having the theater come to them.
Please keep in mind that your purchases provide a double benefit: 1) your personal enjoyment, 2) assisting us in continuing to entertain these wonderful folks at the senior communities.
Thank you!"
